Interview felt like cattle being herded. You’re in a group interview with at least 10 people. Reflects what the culture is working there. Just another number on the board. The interviewer got my name and experience wrong. When I corrected Him he seemed offended and never asked me another question the whole time.

Don’t waste your time. They will dismiss your resume and overlook your resume. You’re better off interviewing at a brokerage or high end company. They are also micro managing from what I’ve been told

Group interview with some managers hiding on the call as well. Pretty easy going on process if prepared. They definitely dive into work history and want to know you as a person.
