I worked at LD back in 2022 for a short period of time. The interview process was very simple. I applied online and got a group zoom interview for the Aces program. There was a cohort of people who were on the zoom interview.

Initial interview with recruiter, and then panel interview with vp’s with different candidates answering one two questions about your sales experience, recruiter will guide you through the process with questions.
