It's very extensive and thorough. Initially they pull you in for a group or panel interview, so you can see your competition. They specifically ask you why you'd be an integral part of this organization. Very professional and respectful. I couldn't imagine working anywhere that didn't have an extensive process. I believe they take the best of the best.
