Structured with initial panel interview. You initially speak with HR by telephone and then are followed by a group interview which leads to a panel interview. A PI and Wonderlic test are both given out to those who will potentially be hired. Full background check and credit checks will be done. Those who are looking to just make low 6 figures will not be considered. You must have a desire to make much, much more. I was lucky and only had one interview before being hired as it was the week before training began.
