Interview
You have to take a personality evaluation and an on-site aptitude test before the actual interview. They stressed that your scores in both tests are very important to ensure a personality and ability match for the position.
Afterwards, you have to go through 2 different group interviews (each group had about 15-20 people in it.) The 1st interview is with a panel of recruiters and (if you pass the first) the 2nd interview is with a single executive. The position was very competitive and over 1000 applicants were screened prior to the 20 or so groups of interviews that they gave.
