Recruiter reached out after applying on line for phone interview of a few questions and salary range and then was selected to interview with the hiring manager the next week.

Terrible! My interview was at 9 am. I came in, took my wonderlic test and then was administered another test all of which took about half an hour. then I had to wait over hour for my actual interview. I didn't get out of there until 12:30. The managers that interviewed me were nice and very professional but the recruiter is very slow to get back to you. By the time they finally offered me the position I already had another job. Luckily it was a much better opportunity.
