There are several interviews required, first the phone interview by the recruiting team, then if you are invited to come into meet with hiring manager you will need to take several tests including the PI and aptitude, next you will be interviewed by the hiring manager. If approved by the hiring manager you will be asked to come back to be interviewed by a panel of peers, sometimes up to 5 people a time.
