Without any questions the interviewer had already decided not to hire me because I was too old. I asked why you wouldn't be interested in a proven performer with 8 years of experience and he answered, "you're too old, I'd rather hire an inexperienced brand new employee and train them" After that, I spoke to the recruiter and told him what the interview was like. I believe due to discrimination law they set up another interview in another department but, they weren't going to hire me. I was thankful.
