I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at loanDepot (New York, NY)
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. Started the interview process- which went very smoothly. Had one interview with mortgage management. He was very kind and asked questions related to the job. Received the offer and accepted. A week before my start date I was called by the director of recruiting and told my offer was being rescinded due to a recently placed hiring freeze. They shipped my equipment the same day- so had to decline the delivery. My notice was already given at my current job, so I had to scramble to find another job. Frustrated that they reached out to me, but couldn't follow through in the end.
