Interview process is two step one with recruiter and second with hiring manager. First interview goes over job role and the company standards and benefits offered second goes over role expectations and discussing what you bring to the table

Thorough interview process, they only want to hire people who are well trained and serious about the job. That’s good thing. The first interview is a panel interview, with other candidates.
