Why Target and where do you see yourself in 5-7 years. The questions weren't difficult, but the Store Team Leader stated those questions have historically given candidates a hard time.
The question of "WHY TARGET?" It really helps to prepare for this question. I reflected on why I wanted to work for the Organization and what it was that set them apart in my mind. Doing some research about their mission/values really helped steer me in the right direction.
