Most questions were very process focused and how I would design a team, knowing full well that the team most likely would already be in place for the leader that would step in. To my surprise there were hardly any profession specific questions.
Be careful with this one it seems easy but companies want to know what project management tools you are familiar with and if you are organized. I use Notion and Monday.com so if you use anything like it, I recommend this being your answer and explain how it adds value to your productivity.
