There were not any particularly difficult questions. The interviewers were mostly trying to get a sense as to whether or not your personality would fit with the job.
what ways do you cope with stress?
Basic questions. Tell me about yourself, your strengths, weaknesses, what defines you and what could you improve on within yourself. In addition, where do you see yourself in 5-10 years.
Again, it was really more open ended, allowing for dialogue between the candidate and Dollar General. I suggest doing your homework and learning about the company. Additionally I would recommend asking questions about the company and the position, as it will help you better understand the role you will play if hired.
