I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at lululemon (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2025
Interview
I completely agree with your point having two interviews for a straightforward retail role feels excessive. For a position that mainly requires customer service skills, reliability, and basic retail knowledge, an online application followed by a single group interview should be more than enough to assess fit. Adding another round with the assistant manager often just prolongs the process unnecessarily, especially when turnover in retail is high and speed matters. Streamlined hiring not only respects applicants’ time but also helps employers fill roles faster and reduce frustration

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
