      Seasonal Educator Interview

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon in Apr 2016

      Interview

I applied in February and got an email invitation to go to a group interview about 2 months later. The email says to dress casually so definitely wear a cute exercise outfit and ideally you should wear some lululemon. The first step is to go through a group interview. I was interviewed by a key leader and the store manager with one other person. I felt prepared because I went through a lot of the questions on this website. Try to be outgoing and confident and make sure you have goals set for the future. After the interview was over, we had the option of sticking around, meeting some other people who worked at the store, and browsing. Definitely stay if offered! Later that day, I got a call to set up a 1-1 interview with the assistant store manager for later in the next week. Some questions were the same as the group interview, some were different. I was offered the job the next day. The interview process was the most intense retail interview process I have gone through but I feel it shows they really care about who they hire and making sure they are a good fit for the company.
