The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon in Jul 2017
Interview
For the first interview:
Early morning interview-in store. They had yoga mats set up on the floor and a total of 10 people showed up. They started the interview having everyone introduce themselves and sharing their favorite way to sweat. Then talked about the company's history. After that they had us "educate" the group on something we were wearing or something we loved to wear. They talked a little about community, culture and lifestyle. And then asked us what we would want to be an "ambassador" for. Not a lot of questions, but everyone was able to talk for each question. They finished stating they would give a call or email to the people being invited back for a second interview within a week. Still in the process of waiting.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
