Interview
I applied online and got an email about coming in for a group interview. Interesting thing about this interview that they made clear to all the candidates was that they were not currently taking on new hires, but could possibly be doing so later down the road.
The interview was casual and "laid back", or that is what they say at least, but it is a bit stressful just because all the candidates were extremely qualified and cool, definitely people I would have wanted to work with/be friends with! They asked us several questions pertaining to how we could better the store environment, our goals and talents and we discussed store policy and a few other lululemon basics.
I was asked back for 2nd interview a week later which entailed me going to a yoga class and coffee with an Ambassador and Educator both who were super cool and nice.
I haven't heard back from them but am hoping to hear about a seasonal position come the holidays.
ALSO! In terms of "What to Wear" as I found this a little stressful since they say "Wear what you feel comfortable in". There was a mix, one girl wore skinny jeans and a cute J. Crew Top, One girl was in all Lulu workout wear and tennis shoes but had her hair done and make-up on, another girl wore heels and dress pants and a silk top and I went with Lulu Black Groove Pants and a printed scarf with a sort of flowy white top (tried to combine business casual with workout wear) and I felt that it was very suitable for the occasion!
Good Luck, just be yourself and you will be fine!
