In spite of interviewing many qualified candidates, they ALWAYS end up finding someone internally EVEN if that means they are not actually qualified for the jobs. Many of us here in Vancouver are capable and grew up with lululemon. We live and breathe the culture. We drink the kool-aid. But no, we're not going to work at a store just so we can work at your head office. We have more self-respect than that.
