I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online and was asked to a group interview which was held in a Whole Foods. They didn't have a sign or anything so I wandered around looking for a while. The interview is more of a group discussion with two managers and the people you are interviewing with. The y specifically want to know just how in to fitness and the store culture you are. They had us do some kind of group breathing excercize and 'offer' to the group something that was 'on our hearts' which is something they do in the store. We also had to read as a group the company history and were quizzed on it. The position was a holiday contract which I was unaware of and they require all contract employees to work Black Friday and Christmas Eve. The Christmas Eve bit turned me off.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
