I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (Northbrook, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
The Lululemon interviews begin as group interviews, and if you fill out the questionnaire online at all like they want (like a happy energetic athletic person!) then you'll be invited for an interview. I went to three different stores and didn't get asked back for another interview before I got the job at my store, so they are picky!!! After the group interview, you will do a 2:1 interview where they will ask you the same questions over again. Not too bad.

Question 1
As long as you act like you want to work there, are not depressing, and actually work out (or say you do!) you'll be fine. Lululemon wants interesting, fun people who are enthusiastic about the brand AND about life.
Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager
first round was a group interview in store (more questions to identify your strengths/weaknesses and style), followed by a second round of individual interview with store manager for shortlisted candidates (more getting to know you)
