I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Dedham, MA) in Aug 2018
Interview
They didn't tell me to dress any specific way, but I went dressed in lululemon crops and a lululemon shirt (it didn't look like a typical lululemon shirt bc I didn't want to be over lululemon-y). They brought me into the storage room in the back and she asked me and the other potential employee about a dozen questions and had us fill out an availability calendar.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
