Interview
Two interviews: Group (with 4 other applicants and run by two assistant managers), then a 1-on-1 with the store manager.
Both interviews were very casual and run in a way that was more conversational than question and answer. The group interview had more questions than the 1-on-1 and the questions were to give context on how I act in a social setting and applied more to the position itself. The 1-on-1 was VERY conversational and was more to see how the manager felt about my personality. I got to ask any questions I wanted and I highly recommend you do the same! (What characteristics are you looking for in an individual in this position? What is the position like on average day? What days do you require working?)
The seasonal position requires working both Black Friday and Christmas, as well as having a blackout period from Dec. 10-Jan. 10 where you can't request days off/vacations.

Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
