I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was a group interview with about 30 other candidates and we all sat in a circle wearing our Lululemon. They asked questions and it was up to you to decide when to butt in with your answer. They didn't have any specific order so it was a little nerve wracking. They also want you to see a future career with Lululemon as opposed to a temporary sales position.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
