I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Halifax, NS) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied online and had a call for a group interview two weeks later. There were about 11 people at the group interview and we sat on mats on the floor and answered questions as we wanted to. The thing that is not great about a group interview is that it's sometimes tough to stand out. Some of the questions are bound to get repeat answers. There's only so many items on the manifesto, and obviously more than one person at the interview is going say yoga or running is their favourite way to sweat.

What's your favourite part of the manifesto?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
