Interview
Usually takes about 3 weeks and will consist of a group interview, sweat/ workout interview and then a 1:1 with the store manager. The group interview was with about 6 other people and then the sweat date was with members on the team.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
