Group interview outside the store. Group questions to get to know you. Then you were asked back for a 2 on 1 interview and then a 1 on 1 with the store manager.

How do you like to sweat? Tell me about a time you went above and beyond your role? What goal are you currently working on? Tell me a time that you lead your team to success.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
