I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
First there is a group interview where they see how you interact in a more relaxed social setting and feed off others (a huge part of the job environment they emphasize). They accepted 3 out of the 8 of us, but it really depended on the group. I then interviewed with the store manager the following week. This was a little more formal but still on the relaxed side. Everything was athletic attire, so leggings and a jacket/tank.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
