I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (Denver, CO) in Jun 2013
Interview
My interview group had about 10 people interviewing, it was very laid back. It was very disappointing to find out that one of the lululemon conducting the interviews had worked there for less than three weeks. They are looking for people who want to make a career out of lululemon itself, either college graduates or people not attending school at all. They do not seem to want current college students in the least, they were very blunt about this. I have been an extremely loyal lululemon customer for years, i have spent thousands there, and I know I have spoken to every employee in the store on many occasions.

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
