Lots of steps, but worth it. You will get invited to a large group talk which is basically your time to make an impression..be memorable and be honest about who you are. Keep your answers relevant to the job you are applying for. The second interview will be with 2 members and the 3rd another two (usually during a sweat session).

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
