they emailed you questions then would decide if you will move on to the grp interview and got back to me within 3 days. however during the grp interview there were quite a few people with current connections to the 3 people interviewing us, especially one girl that kept mentioning about her sister that currently works at that store and the employees kept saying that she is like the sister, at that point i was wondering why would i waste my 1.5 hrs here if they were obviously going to pick her. would say it was a biased interview from the start
first round was a group interview in store (more questions to identify your strengths/weaknesses and style), followed by a second round of individual interview with store manager for shortlisted candidates (more getting to know you)
