Interview
Applied online - a couple days later I got an e-mail inviting me to a group interview the following week.
During the group interview, about 12 girls attended. They began by allowing everyone have a chance to share something that has been on their mind, and to get it off their chest so they can have their mind 110% on the interview.
They then proceeded to ask questions like "What is your favorite way to sweat?" "What is a goal you have accomplished or a current goal you have?" "How have you experienced success in others?"
You then fill out a paper with your availability, and if they like you they invite you to a "sweat date" which included a bikram yoga class for me. (This is your second interview). Afterwards, you kind of chat with the managers and they'll tell you they'll call you.
The next day, I got a call with an offer from the assistant manager.
They're really looking for people that fit the culture. Young, active, health conscious, and super bubbly!

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
