First, I went to a group interview in the store that was fun and inclusive. The questions can vary from what inspires you, what activities are your favorite, and anything to really see who you are. Use this opprotunity to show if your outgoing ro wellspoken or whatever makes you YOU. Make sure to chat with fellow interviewers!
Then I got a call back to do a one on one interview with the store manager. This was done at a local health food shop/restaurant. It's a casual and great opportunity to go into the professional side of yourself. These will be slightly more "interview-style" questions. But just think of it as a chat with a new friend whos opinion you highly value.
After that I got the job offer and a sweat sesh with the store manager. Literally go workout with them at a fun, local place.

The interview process was one interview and it was super casual. I even wore lululemon pants and they loved it. They want you to show up authentically. I thought it was fairly easy and the questions were more getting to know you.
