It was a zoom call with all the applicants and we had time to ask and answer a few questions with the team leads. We started in a large group of about 50 and then broke into groups of about 10 where we got a little more time to answer questions.

They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better
The interview was a very simple process. Amazing group interview and than individual, staff was very nice, asked more questions about yourself. It was a pleasure Pros: Nice, easy, smooth Cons: LONG PROCESS
I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
