The interview process at any lululemon store is long. I applied in July. It wasn't until I actually went in the store and brought my resume and spoke to the Assistant Store Manager that I received an email about a group interview. 2 weeks later, I had a group interview via zoom (due to Covid-19) with 5 other applicants. We were interviewed by 2 of the store's Key Leaders who asked us questions to which we all answered, popcorn style. It was very laid back. The Key Leaders told us at the end of the interview that we would hear back from someone at the store within 2 weeks. I received an email from the Assistant Store Manager the day after my Group Interview inviting me to a 1:1 interview with her and I, via Zoom as well. The interview was about a week later. She asked me questions about myself as well as questions that related to how I solve problems and handle stressful situations at work. The interview lasted 30 minutes and again, was very laid back and conversation style. She explained to me what the training process was going to look like if I was offered a job and said that I would hear back from her within 2 weeks. I received an email from the Store Manager the day after my 1:1 interview with the ASM, inviting me to my third and final interview, which also took place over Zoom. The interview was two weeks later. She asked me questions about how I work with a team, how I solve problems, etc. She explained what the training process was going to look like should I be hired, and asked if I had any questions for them. She said that I would receive an email within a week letting me know wether or not I would be offered the position. Overall, it was a very long and tedious process with a lot of waiting and not knowing what's going to happen next. The interview process definitely needs to be a bit more organized and streamlined. Clearly, the questions they ask during the interview are standard questions given to the stores by their corporate office. So it's more about your personality and wether you are an outgoing person than your answers to their questions being right and wrong.
