It is usually a group interview process, with around 6 people. Questions will be asked to the entire group, so you need to make yourself stand out. They want people who can be apart of their community and culture. They like active people, who are aspirational and goal setters.

job interview it was on zoom it was pretty easy but just make sure you know what you are talking about and that you are 18 or older.it was easy sometimes you may have a group interview just make sure you speak up when you can.
All online. There were two parts to the interview that were on zoom and then you went in person. It was very simple and basic questions. You then went and did trainings through zooms.
