Interview
First interview was a group - did not feel personal in the slightest or like they even wanted to get to know me. Second interview was with the store manager, was more personal. Said I would hear back by a certain day either way about the position and I never heard back. Had to reach out and said the email "bounced" that they decided to pursue other candidates. Another girl I interviewed with said no one reached back out to her at all after the first interview. Coming from a recruiting background this just seemed completely unprofessional and rude to applicants!

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview
