Applied online, received an email asking if i'd like to join in on an online group zoom call. There was 4 others, including the manager. Popcorn style questions. Super laidback. About 45 minutes long. Email afterwards asking availability (you must be available entirely during their blackout period or you will not qualify to move forward with the interview process).

how does the future look for you, what's next? what is your biggest life accomplishment? a time you had to receive/provide negative feedback, what was the outcome?
Over zoom, didn't last long. Wasn't offered the job unfortunately. I had tried to interview for this position previously months before but my interview was cancelled before I got the chance so this was my second time applying.
