Submitted my application and received a call that same day for an interview.
They emailed a calendar with dates to pick from for the virtual interview, I had to wait around 2-3 weeks for the actual interview.
Once the interview date arrived, I received a interview reminder and saw that there were at least 60+ other people in the email which showed who all was being interviewed.
This was the largest group interview I had ever taken part in, in my opinion it was way too many people .. even for virtual Zoom interviews.
They start the interview by explaining the job and that you are not allowed to take any time off during the black out months of the holiday season. They explained what your day to day would look like and so on.
They then stated that the pay rate was only ... $14 an hour !! $15 if you are bilingual. I thought that was incredibly low and honestly was turned off from there. They mentioned how you can get a 20% bonus each month but never elaborated on it.
There was around 4 or 5 interviewers and you were broken off into large groups to answer your questions.
Once in the rooms, you could really tell that the girls interviewing us were VERY unimpressed and just not social at all. They really seemed like they did not want to be there.
After all that, you were only required to answer 2 questions ..
Honestly the whole process was really disheartening as i really love the company. It really changed my mind about wanting to work with them and seeing how low they pay their employees is really sad in my opinion.
I had read on Glassdoor that they will tell you they will reach out to you in 2 weeks after the interview, but they will actually reach out to you right after the interview and send you the availability sheet for you to fill out and send back to them, basically saying they are wanting to hire you. And this is exactly what happened. I didn't fill out the form and was just not interested in working for them anymore.
