I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Tulsa, OK) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online and was asked to come in for a group interview. The interview was in the morning and had about 15 other candidates. A list of questions were shown and we took turns answering the one that stood out to us. I was asked to come back for a smaller interview with 3 other potentials. The questions were more personal in the sense of scheduling. They were seeking “Weekend Warriors” that would be available Fri-Sat. I landed the job and have work there for the past three years as a college student and it changed my life in the best way.
Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Austin, TX)
Interview
It was amazing and they really thought about the questions. They were super friendly. I needed more experience in the end. Like they were super helpful. I learned a lot from my expereience there.
