I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon in Apr 2021
Interview
There were 3 interviews total. The interview process was overall neutral.
First round was a group interview via zoom.
After a couple days, I was invited to a face to face interview with a Key Leader. Then a week later, was invited to an interview with a face to face interview with the store manager.
I was surprised that given this COVID situation they were not flexible about having the interviews online- was taken to a crowded coffee shop in a shopping mall for the 1-1 interviews which made me a bit uncomfortable.
