Use STAR-L method, 1st interview with 2 from HR, second with decision maker etc. they have internal recuiter - all arranged through her, very professional but some things did get lost in translation that delayed the process

Very overwhelming. People involved in the interview process wasn't prepared for it, making the same questions in a different way and clearly not interested in my previous experience but more in how the brand is "famous".
First round with recruiter went great. Took a bit to hear back that they went with another hire. The company seems like a really cool culture to be a part of.
