Casual interview process once you pass the initial online application. After that, there is a group interview and then a 1 on 1. Hiring managers are biased and for as much talk as they do about diversity, there is little to NONE.
If you go to the store after in the following months, you will see they hire the same type of people without representation. One male manager hired a girl purely on her looks alone. If you're not a POC then you have a pretty high chance of getting through.
