Process was good until...... The phone interview went amazing, the recruiter seemed very interested, even told me about all the up sides to working with this company and how my resume/experience was perfect for the job. She told me she would be presenting my profile to the hiring manager. Well, 2 weeks go by and I finally get a response stating the manager is already conducting final round of interviews and that they will not be accepting new applicants. What waste of my time! Why conduct interviews in the first place if you already have more than enough candidates and have me waiting 2 weeks for a response? Not a good experience.
