Basic steps - pre-screen, meet with managers, etc. The recruitment process leaves much to be desired - not sure if it has to do with the sheer volume they deal with or the individual recruiters and their styles… but you would think after being told you were being considered for different roles that they could follow up and let you know when the status changed/changes, especially if you make it to the final round of interviews. It was disheartening and was probably one of the most drawn out processes. Would I apply again down the line? Maybe but I would expect less than the bare minimum when it comes to communication and candidate experience moving forward. I am still hopeful it was just a mix of unfavourable variables that resulted in a poor candidate experience this time around, and that this isn’t the standard across the org…
