I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
First, I applied online.
Next went into a group interview where we sat in a circle on yoga mats (OMMMM)
Asked questions popcorn style.
At the end of interview we were given an availability sheet to fill out.
Then was called for a "sweat date" where we went to yoga together with a couple other coworkers. I think this is just to see that they can get along with you, common interest, Law of Attraction, etc.
Then if all goes well you'll be called into an inperson interview 1on1 with a manager. They'll just talk to you about yourself, why you want to work there, get to know you.
They want to see that you're passionate and that you can educate.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
