Getting an interview is hard tbh, best time to apply is holiday season. During the group interview they are looking for someone who isn’t just agreeing with everyone else, don’t be afraid to genuinely talk about yourself and if you do agree mention why and connect it with a personal story for yours to create a strong answer

for group interviews during the holiday season they usually only take 1 person from the group interview (~5 people) from my experience, they will interview about 40 people but only take about 5 or so
after the group interview it is a 1 on 1 and you should hear back within 48 hours if you got the job, i personally heard back same day but everyone is different

Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager
first round was a group interview in store (more questions to identify your strengths/weaknesses and style), followed by a second round of individual interview with store manager for shortlisted candidates (more getting to know you)
