I applied and got an email a week later asking me to do a group zoom interview with no cameras on. There were 6 of us applying, and 2 managers interviewing. 3 people answered the first question, then 3 other people answered another question, and it took about 50 minutes. Mostly behavioural questions asking about what you would do in situations like "Describe a situation where you weren't engaged, how did you, and others, work to change that?" and another one I remember was "Describe a time you had to work with someone who was struggling, how did you approach that situation?"
Just make sure you answers stand out and draw on specific experiences you faced in past jobs and stuff. BE RELEVANT TO THE QUESTIONS AND POSITION!
Also, talk about growth, be engaging, and fun. They also started with an introduce yourself.
After this, if you're selected, they'll email you inviting you for an in-person interview @ the location with a manager.
It was a great interview, I felt safe and included, really enjoyed it. The managers were fun and everyone was so kind.
