This was back in 2016. Everyone who was asked to come in for a follow up interview/in person interview met at 7 A.M. at the store. We sat in a big circle and each introduced our selves. There were about 20 of us so this part was a bit tedious. Then we were presented with a list of 30 questions on a white board. Some were allowed to pick any question and answer it. Other times the manager picked the question and chose from raised hands who would answer it. They ranged from "Who is your inspiration and why?" to "If you were struggling at some point in your life, what personal quality allowed you to overcome it?" Everyone was only allowed to answer once. To stand out you had to be eager to speak and have an answer that stands out. After the interview three of use were asked to come back for a final interview. By this point we could tell we got the job since we were told at the beginning 3 positions needed to be filled.
