Describe a time when you were faced with implementing something new to the organization. How didn't you roll out and overcome resistance. 2. Describe a situation when you had to address social inclusion in the workplace. What was the situation and how did you handle. 3. Describe a time when you impacted productivity and efficiencies to better processes. 3rd Interview: Regional interview was more conversational about career path and short/long term goals. They asked about inclusion and if I could share a situation when I had impact on championing the movement.
