Interview was done via zoom with a group of about 50 or so other candidates. We were split into about 10 groups of five with two people conducting the interview. Questions were retail related, but if you'd never worked retail, you could easily relate similar experiences with past employment that could be used in a retail setting.

Internal group style interview. Consisted of introductions and 3 questions. Interviewer went around age ashes each of us. Group was no more than 6 people and each person was from a different state. Interview was extremely easy and the questions asked were very basic.

It started with a group interview. A few weeks later an email was sent asking for availability and then an offer letter came shortly. Didn’t require a second interview for internal candidates
Super easy, group, being hired is guaranteed, very non traditional interview, no stress at all, this is for contract, no guarantee to keep you after the contract, don’t have expectations.
